Check-in Policy

Check-in 12.00 noon and check-out 11.00am of local times. Should you plan to check in early or late, please contact our front office executive to make the necessary arrangements. If you don’t arrive by the 12 noon check-in time as per your reservation, it will be considered a no-show and may result in cancellation.

To avoid any issues, if you anticipate arriving late, we strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. This proactive step will help secure your reservation. However, failing to provide advance notice may lead to reservation cancellation.

Early Check-in Policy

If you arrive prior to the reservation check-in time of local time, we will do our best to accommodate your early arrival based on room availability. However, please be advised that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.

Late Check-out Policy

If you require a later check-out time, please contact the hotel front officer desk to inquire about availability. Late check-out may be subject to an additional fee, and availability is based on the hotel’s occupancy levels.

Children & Extra Guest Policy

Children below 10 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing beds. For additional guests above 10 years of age, a fee of INR 500 per person, per night, will be charged. Please note that the maximum occupancy for each room is 2 adults and 1 child. Additional charges may apply for extra bedding or cribs. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.

Parking Policy

Please note that Hotel Wooden Park is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur to your vehicle while parked on hotel property or on the street.

Tariff
  • Room charges exclude applicable taxes and additional services. Guests are advised to contact the Manager for detailed information.
Bill Settlement
  • All bills must be settled upon presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Luggage and Belongings
  • Management reserves the right to retain or auction guest belongings in case of unpaid dues.
Luggage Storage
  • Storage services are provided at the guest's risk and are limited to a maximum of 30 days.
Pets
  • Pets are allowed on the premises.
Prohibited Items
  • Hazardous goods, contraband, weapons, and gambling activities are strictly prohibited.
Property Damage
  • Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Reservations cancelled 20 days prior: 30% cancellation charge.
  • Cancelled 7 days prior: 50% cancellation charge.
  • No refunds or changes within 7 days of check-in, or for bookings during Diwali, Christmas & New Year (Dec 20 – Jan 5), and public holidays.
  • Refunds, if applicable, processed within 2–3 working days via UPI or bank transfer.
Additional Hotel Policies
  • Guests are responsible for valuables left in rooms. Safe custody available.
  • Damaged items incur thrice the market value as penalty.
  • No affixing labels/markings to walls or furniture.
  • Tariffs subject to change without notice.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under some conditions.
  • Illegal/improper use of premises is prohibited.
  • In-room laundry not allowed; use laundry service.
  • Visitors require prior permission from reception.
  • Outside food/beverages are not allowed on premises.
